By accessing our website, booking our services, or otherwise engaging with Pushistaya Kilika, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Service Description

Pushistaya Kilika provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Canada. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Residential cleaning
• Commercial cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Specialized cleaning services as agreed upon

The specific scope of work for each service will be outlined in the service agreement or quote provided to you prior to commencement of services.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Service Requests

Service requests can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. All service requests are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

3.2 Scheduling

Once a service request is confirmed, we will schedule the service at a mutually agreed date and time. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule, but cannot guarantee specific time slots.

3.3 Access to Premises

You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team has access to the premises at the scheduled time. If entry cannot be gained, a cancellation fee may apply as outlined in Section 4.3.

4. Payments and Cancellations

4.1 Pricing

Pricing for our services is based on the type of service, size of the area to be cleaned, and specific requirements. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any quote provided to you will be honored for 30 days from issuance.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, e-transfer, or other methods as specified at the time of booking. Payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: No charge
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled service: 50% of the service cost
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: 100% of the service cost

4.4 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to the same timeframes and potential charges as cancellations. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests without charge when possible.

5. Service Expectations and Guarantees

5.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will return to address the areas of concern at no additional cost.

5.2 Service Limitations

While we strive to provide thorough cleaning services, certain tasks are beyond the scope of our standard services, including but not limited to:

• Moving heavy furniture or appliances
• Cleaning ceilings or areas requiring ladders taller than 2 steps
• Handling hazardous materials or waste
• Extensive organization or decluttering
• Cleaning areas that pose safety risks to our staff

5.3 Damage Policy

We take great care to protect your property during our services. In the unlikely event that damage occurs as a direct result of our services, please report it to us within 24 hours. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for verified damages caused by our team.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Preparation

To ensure efficient service, we ask that you:

• Secure valuable or fragile items
• Inform us of any special instructions or areas requiring particular attention
• Ensure pets are secured if necessary
• Clear areas of personal items to allow access for cleaning

6.2 Safety Information

Please inform us of any potential safety hazards or concerns before our team arrives.

7. Website Use

7.1 Content

The content on our website is provided for general information purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information.
